1. NCEILEB involvement
NCEILebanon (the National Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Lebanon) is a key partner of Innov8Bug, bringing invaluable expertise and resources to our incubator. NCEILebanon’s involvement ensures that our entrepreneurs benefit from a wealth of knowledge, mentorship, and industry connections. The support spans various sectors, offering specialized guidance in technology, healthcare, sustainability, and more.
2. Introduction
Welcome to Innov8Bug. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Innov8Bug incubator services. By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms in full.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Innov8Bug reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.
4. Application and Admission
4.1 Application: Interested entrepreneurs must complete and submit the Innov8Bug application form. 4.2 Admission: Admission to the incubator is competitive and subject to evaluation by the Innov8Bug selection committee. Acceptance is based on the innovative potential, feasibility, and alignment with Innov8Bug’s focus areas.
5. Incubator Services
5.1 Office Space: Access to shared office spaces and meeting rooms. 5.2 Mentorship: Guidance and mentorship from industry experts. 5.3 Workshops and Seminars: Participation in educational workshops and seminars. 5.4 Networking Opportunities: Access to networking events and opportunities to connect with investors and other entrepreneurs. 5.5 Research Programs: Engagement in specialized research programs in areas such as AI, biotechnology, and sustainable technologies.
6. Participant Obligations
6.1 Compliance: Participants must comply with all Innov8Bug policies and procedures. 6.2 Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared within the incubator. 6.3 Participation: Active participation in incubator activities is required. 6.4 Reporting: Participants must submit periodic progress reports as requested by Innov8Bug.
.7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Fees: Fees for participating in the incubator will be outlined in the acceptance letter. 7.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms and schedules will be specified in the acceptance letter. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in termination of participation.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership: Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property. 8.2 Licensing: Participants grant Innov8Bug a non-exclusive license to use project descriptions and results for promotional purposes.
9. Termination
9.1 Voluntary Termination: Participants may terminate their participation with 30 days written notice. 9.2 Involuntary Termination: Innov8Bug reserves the right to terminate participation for non-compliance with terms or misconduct. 9.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, participants must return any Innov8Bug property and settle any outstanding fees.
10. Liability
Innov8Bug is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the incubator.
11. Amendments
Innov8Bug reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
